Hello and welcome!
I am glad you are here taking the next step towards a better life. Past clients have stated they feel their experience when working with me is calm, relaxing, accepting, and non-judgmental. We have one life. I can help you learn ways to not suffer in the present moment with worries and concerns from the past and the future. All we need is some space and time to process and work through them.
